About Us

The Advisory Committee on Work at Height Training first meet on 10th June 2003 at the invitation of Martin Holden, H.M. Principal Specialist Inspector (now retired), of HSE’s Construction Corporate Topic Group [CDTU]who has the lead for work at height technical issues .

The Committee’s agreed remit is :

“ To collect and evaluate data and provide guidance on training to achieve the competence required by law for all those involved with work at height.”

We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to deliver our aims and objectives
